The overall organisation is decentralised, with local offices operating independently but all benefiting directly from the strengths and the support of the group. All can draw on the resources of the two technical centres located in Singapore and Switzerland and the research and development department in Switzerland as well as the two main manufacturing facilities in Spain and China. Operations are organised around the three regions, which each have centralised groups of specialised regional staff who can support any project that reaches beyond the capabilities of local offices. This support may be provided for technical issues, or with regards to the contract size or nature.

Consequently, clients always deal with a local partner, located close to them, while also benefitting from a state-of-the-art service provided by an international group.
