VSL provided design assistance as well as supplying and installing the post-tensioning systems for all the post-tensioned slabs and beams – a total area of 75,000 m². VSL enabled a faster construction sequence resulting in production cycles of just five days per floor being achieved instead of six, during the challenging Covid-19 crisis. The design alternative also provided a carbon footprint reduction of the PT slabs of about 8% due to PT and rebar material savings.
