VSL improved on the original project proposal for the B2B Malecon Plaza Hotel & Convention Center in Mexico by recommending a new post-tensioned solution, which provided attractive advantages for the client. Both the foundation and floor slabs used an unbonded monostrand system, with a total of 100t of post-tensioning.
