BRIDGE ACROSS THE MARKOV CREEK VALLEY

VSL carried out the post-tensioning works for the 390m long bridge over Markov Creek Valley on D3 Highway, which is part of the Pan-European Transport Corridor VI in Zilina, Slovakia. Balanced-cantilever construction was used to complete the mission. VSL managed to reduce construction cycle for each segment from 12 to 8 days, which positively impacted overall construction.
