Caulfield to Dandenong level crossing removal

VSL has recently completed construction of 6.2km of elevated railway to remove level crossings on one of Melbourne’s key rail routes. VSL was responsible for the segment precasting and for the use of full-span installation techniques – the first application of this kind in Australia. The project highlights VSL Group’s capacity to overcome space constraints and deliver large and challenging projects whilst ensuring public safety and maintaining traffic flows.
