Equalbase and Sunway Group are developing the 55-ha “103°” logistics hub in Johor, strategically located near the Malaysia–Singapore Second Link. VSL Malaysia was appointed for the design and construction of post-tensioned slabs, supporting fast-track delivery and high-performance standards. Involved from tender stage, the team ensured alignment between design, constructability, and site execution.
