VSL aided in the co-building the world’s longest sea-crossing bridge by constructing the full deck and was also in charge of post-tensioning works. VSL provided and operated two giant launching girders, one located in the landward section of the bridge, the other offshore. VSL also cooperated with its JV partners on sections of the project including technical and method issues and production in particular segment precasting, piling, pier construction and superstructure works.
