Hotel VP Plaza Espana

The 5-star VP Plaza España is a new 22,140m2 luxury hotel located in the historic centre of Madrid. It was hence paramount to fast-track construction in this touristy location while respecting the area’s architectural features. As part of this project, VSL was involved in the installation of post-tensioned slabs, transfer slabs and beams. To keep the construction rate at around four to five floors per month, all building activities were strictly planned in coordination with the works on the façade and the interiors.
