Ikuno Bridge

VSL SSI 2000e Stay Cable System featuring the VSL Saddle has been installed on the Ikuno Bridge, in eastern Japan. The saddle technology is particularly suitable for extradosed and cable-stayed bridges with narrow pylons and has numerous technical advantages, including a proved fatigue performance. 72 cables and 36 saddles have been installed on the bridge under VSL’s specialist supervision.
