MAISON MAJESTINE

VSL – Intrafor carried out ground improvement works using vibro compaction and installed stone columns for the Damac Maison Majestine complex, a compound of serviced hotel apartments with a 5,850m² footprint built on piled foundations in Dubai. VSL operated from 999 points to improve the properties of the ground and helped shorten the construction period from three to two months without affecting quality. VSL also installed columns through soft and compressible clayey soils. The two tasks were performed in a single operation.
