MRT PINK AND YELLOW LINES

These two new straddle-beam monorail lines represent the first of this type of rail construction in Thailand. The MRT Pink Line is an elevated mass-rapid-transit monorail line in Bangkok and Nonthaburi Province, extending 34.5km long and featuring 30 stations. The MRT Yellow Line is 30.4km long and connects Bangkok with Samut Prakarn. VSL was involved in both projects, in erecting the viaducts, depots and some stations. VSL was responsible for the supply and installation of the post-tensioning system, deck erection and installation of bearings.
