SINGAPORE LNG PHASE III

VSL built the outer concrete containment and supplied and installed 1,241t of post-tensioning for the development of Singapore’s first terminal for liquefied natural gas (LNG) on Jurong Island. VSL built a tank with a 94m diameter and a working capacity of 260,000m3, and had already built three 88m-diameter storage tanks, each with a working capacity of 180,000m3. VSL was also in charge of building foundations for the site’s tower cranes, concrete placement booms and the rebar cut and bend work.
