SIR SOLOMON HIGHWAY EXTENSION

VSL procured VSoL® reinforced earth walls and the precast beams and slabs for overpasses for the extension of Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway to Point Fortin, in order to improve connection between San Fernando and the South of Trinidad and Tobago. VSL was responsible for the optimisation of the design together with precasting, assembly and post-tensioning of all the beams and slabs; and all stages of work for the steel reinforced VSoL® walls, from developing the design and methods through to casting of the panels, handling and assembly.
