Trunk Road T2, together with the proposed Central Kowloon Route and Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel, will form Route 6 in Hong Kong’s strategic road network. Intrafor completed construction of the shaft from which the tunnel boring machines will be launched, and a cut & cover tunnel, in close proximity to adjacent buildings.
