A Regional Milestone: VSL Middle East is proud to become the first CARES Certified Post-tensioning Company in the Middle East

VSL Middle East, a recognized expert in post-tensioning and structural technologies in the region, has successfully achieved CARES certification for their PT 01 scheme for the Supply and Installation of Strand Post-Tensioning Systems in Concrete Structures.

VSL is the first post-tensioning company in the Middle East to obtain a CARES certification. It establishes the company as the region’s market leader on post-tensioning and demonstrates its pioneering spirit.

The certification audit covering both office and site PT installation activities confirmed that VSL maintains a quality management system that meets the requirements of both BS EN ISO 9001 and the applicable CARES PT01 Quality and Operations Assessment Scheme.

The audit focused on the ongoing Dubai Metro Blue Line project, where VSL serves as the Post-tensioning Subcontractor responsible for installing 8,000 tons of PC strands across the viaduct and elevated stations.
