Who we are ?

Our mission and purpose

As a specialist in post-tensioned and cable-stayed structures, foundations and ground engineering, VSL contributes to the design and construction of major engineered structures and maintains, repairs and upgrades all structural systems that guarantee safety and durability.

Our structural specialist input is based on the complex understanding of a structure and all of its individual facets – technical, environmental, practical and economic – to meet every project’s stringent requirements.

Our ambition is to make it possible to construct, maintain or strengthen any structure and turn even the most complex schemes into reality.

Our four domains of expertise

Post-tensioning, stay-cable and other structural systems & technologies: They are key for the strength, safety, performance and durability of the structures, and they also allow for very ambitious designs.

Civil Works: We help our clients to the design, construction of engineered structures such as bridge decks, containment structures for tanks, nuclear powerplant, wind towers and also heavy lifting.

Ground engineering & foundations: We get involved in all the geotechnical processes of a construction project including ground investigation and analysis; improvement and reinforcement of soils; retaining structures; deep foundations.

Asset preservation, structural repairs and upgrade: We offer tailored services to suit any structure’s life cycle, from inspections and assessment through to repair works and upgrading.
