Churreteles Viaduct on the Madrid–Seville High-Speed Rail Line

VSL engineered, manufactured and replaced two custom pot bearings on the Churreteles Viaduct, a live high-speed railway structure on the Madrid-Seville line. The works required night-time jacking operations, real-time monitoring with 0.1 mm accuracy and the handling of 1.5-tonne bearings at height, while keeping railway traffic in operation.
