VSL Czech Republic used the incremental launching method to build a 400-metre-long cable-supported footbridge spanning 43 railway tracks. The superstructure launch was successfully carried out while the railway was in operation. The work included precise post-tensioning operations with 400-metre-long PT cables, which took place once the entire structure had been cast and launched into its final position.
