Ganga Path Expressway Bridge: precasting and erecting a key segmental viaduct

Ganga Path is a new expressway crossing the Ganges River in Patna, Bihar. VSL India played a key role, designing and supplying segment casting moulds and a launching gantry, while overseeing the erection of a 6.12-kilometrelong precast segmental viaduct. VSL’s scope also included erecting 21 extra spans, post-tensioning, and lifting and lowering 20 spans to facilitate bearing installation.
