VILLAS THE GRAND HOTEL

The Villas Grand Hotel project expands the Moon Palace resort in Cancún with a six-storey, 15,300 m² building. VSL México delivered the full design of post-tensioned slabs using the BONTECH bonded monostrand system, including material supply, assembly drawings, and site support. The flat-slab solution with drop panels reduced construction time, optimised formwork cycles, and lowered steel and concrete consumption.
