330M LAND TO SEA HDD CONDUIT FOR OPTIC FIBRE CABLE

Optic Marine Offshore Ltd sought Intrafor, as an experienced HDD contractor, to install a 330m submarine conduit for the landing of the Asia-Africa-Europe (AAE-1) submarine fibre optic cable. The landing at Hong Kong’s remote Cape D’Aguilar was particular challenging as all plant had to be mobilized by sea on a spring high tide and with sensitive marine protected area.
