CHALLENGES OF INVESTIGATION IN A RAIL DEPOT

The Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTR) contracted Intrafor to undertake an extensive ground investigation at their Siu Ho Wan Depot. The ground investigation was undertaken within the operating depot requiring the team to follow strict procedures to work in a safe and considered manner to prevent disruption to rail operations. Trackside locations required rigs to be disassembled & transported by MTR rolling stock and crane wagon.
