Kirjalansalmi Cable-Stayed Bridge

VSL supplied and installed the SSI-2000 stay cable system for the new Kirjalansalmi Bridge, Finland’s longest road bridge and a strategic connection to the Finnish archipelago. The project required precise sequencing and efficient delivery under demanding winter conditions, with VSL installing 76 stay cables for the bridge’s 265-metre main span.
