VSL designed, supplied and installed the post-tensioning system and associated reinforcement for 175,000 m² of slab on grade pavement at the Somerton Intermodal Terminal, set to become Australia’s largest intermodal logistics hub. The project highlights VSL’s expertise in heavy-duty post-tensioned pavements, delivering a durable, low-carbon solution despite environmental restrictions, adverse weather and complex multi-zone logistics.
